In September of 2012, Sidecar Angels, new to the Boston area angel group scene, signed the Treaty. Sidecar’s mission is expressly to participate in start-up funding rounds for which due diligence has been performed elsewhere.

MTDC Signs Treaty
March 18, 2011On March 9th, 2011 the Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation [now known as MassVentures], as part of its new policy of supporting smaller, angel-sized investments, became a signer of the Angel Treaty.
