Austin, Texas, October 14, 2025. SWAN Impact Network is proud to join the Angel Treaty, reinforcing our commitment to ethical, purpose-driven investing. By sharing vetted deals across aligned networks, we reduce friction for founders—streamlining access to capital and fostering collaborative diligence. This pledge reflects our belief that angel investing should drive systemic change through trust, equity, and impact.

SWAN Impact Network, through its chapters in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, and including angels from across the US, unites, educates, and empowers founders and impact investors who believe both positive impact and strong financial return are equally vital. Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN), established in 2006 and headquartered in Austin, Texas is excited to announce that they have officially signed the Angel Treaty. The Treaty welcomes CTAN! For 18 years, CTAN has been dedicated to supporting early-stage startups with the capital, resources and guidance they need to succeed.

The Angel Treaty welcomes the Atacama Ventures Fund II, LLC, its latest signatory as of October 30, 2023. Atacama Ventures was founded in 2017 as an early-stage venture fund supporting big ideas, future brands and the next generation of fund managers.
